During the morning we learn and practice the flowing and releasing movements of Wild Goose Chinese Medical Qigong (pronounced 'chi kung') and simple peaceful mind meditations. Some of you may be familiar with these techniques, but no former experience is required, beginners are welcome, do please bring friends with you. Bring too a blanket or shawl for the relaxation and meditation. Refreshing green tea is served in the mid-session break. I look forward to welcoming you to my next session on Saturday 7 July.
